RADIATE OUTWARD

All of us are a part of society’s workforce. So our actions, decisions, analysis, multiple sources through which we derive insight etc are all very important. In an incandescent light, the hot atoms collide with one another and transfer energy to some electrons, boosting them into higher energy levels. Similarly, we too can groom ourselves and those around us so that we form the key talent pool.

All our energies become useful only when they are radiated outward. The Sun’s rays emit both heat and light but only half of it reaches Earth’s surface. The atmosphere and clouds absorb or scatter the other half of the incoming sunlight. Whenever people work together difference of opinions and ideas are inevitable and sometimes it leads to small conflicts. Only if we break through such hurdles can we catapult ourselves to newer heights. Perceiving hurdles and problems as great challenges would be of great help. Changing our attitude as per the circumstances will bring in a creative energy leading to better solutions, new ideas and increased performance.

German physicist Max Planck derived a fundamental law of radiation. It relates the intensity or strength of radiant energy emitted by a body to the temperature of the body and the wavelength of radiation. It means the higher the temperature, the greater the amount of energy emitted. Our deeds speak a lot about the feelings that we possess. When we encourage someone else to achieve greatness, we too feel the same. When we find a way of adding wealth to the lives of others, then we automatically become wealthy. When we love and respect others we get it back in the same measure.
